How To Fix Neato XV 21/25

My Neato XV 21 Won't turn on, nothing displaying on the LCD and the green LED light only partially illuminated.
I looked for long time on the web and finally found Electronic technical engineer that managed to fix the same Failure on his neato.
The solution is to replace the 100uF 25V electrolitic capacitors with 100uF 35V capacitors. There are 7 of them on the main board and i replace all of them and that worked for me.
The required tools for the task are:

Phillips screwdriver.

Flathead screwdriver.
-
Soldering iron.
-
Tin wire.
-
Braid Solder Remover Wick.
-
7X 100uF 35V capacitors.

Please follow the next steps:
Step 1 - open the dirt bin.
Step 2 - Remove the following 2 screws.
Step 3 - Open the brush guard.
Step 4 - Remove sweeping brush.
Step 5 - Remove the following 4 screws.
